Cowl for Bullhorn

Not connected yet

Cowl doesn't connect to Bullhorn yet.

We'd rather say that here than on a call. There's no Bullhorn connector today. And for a design partner running Bullhorn, building it is the first thing we do.

What Bullhorn is

Bullhorn is the incumbent ATS and CRM across a large slice of the staffing industry, with a deep customisation and integration ecosystem around it.

Where Cowl fits

Bullhorn will report. What it will not do is put a live board on the office wall that the desk actually looks at, ring a bell when a deal lands, or end the monthly commission argument.

What we'd build

  • A read-only connector against your Bullhorn instance
  • Your activity and placement data mapped to your KPIs
  • The data cleanup that makes a leaderboard trustworthy

Included in design-partner onboarding, not quoted as a change request. Any connector we build is read-only: Cowl pulls, never writes back.

Bullhorn questions

So Cowl does not work with Bullhorn today?

Correct, and we would rather say so here than on a call. There is no Bullhorn connector today. For a design partner on Bullhorn, building it is the first thing we do. That work is what forward-deployed engineering means, and it is included, not a change request.

How long would that take?

We won't invent a number before seeing your instance. Bullhorn has a documented API and it is well-trodden ground, so this is engineering rather than research. But the honest answer is that the connector is rarely the slow part. Your data is.

Would our Bullhorn data be safe?

Any connector we build would be read-only, the same as our Loxo one. Cowl pulls; it never writes back. Bullhorn would stay your system of record.

Why should we go first?

Because a design partner gets an engineer embedded in their stack and gets to shape what the layer does. If you want a product that already exists, buy one that already exists. We would rather you did that than be disappointed.

On Bullhorn? Go first.

Design partners get an engineer in their stack and get to shape what the layer does. If you'd rather buy something that already works with Bullhorn, buy that. We'd rather tell you than disappoint you.
