What Vincere is
Vincere is a recruitment operating system aimed squarely at agencies, bundling ATS, CRM and its own reporting layer.
Where Cowl fits
Vincere has more reporting in the box than most. The gap is the room, not the report: a board on the wall the desk reacts to, a bell that fires on the deal, commission that shows its working.
What we'd build

- Your placements and activity mapped to your KPIs
- The data cleanup that makes a leaderboard trustworthy
Included in design-partner onboarding, not quoted as a change request. Any connector we build is read-only: Cowl pulls, never writes back.

Does Cowl work with Vincere today?
No. There is no Vincere connector today. For a design partner on Vincere, building it is part of coming in. Not a roadmap item you wait on.
Vincere already has dashboards. Why add Cowl?
If Vincere's reporting already tells your desk what it needs, in the room, while it matters, then you may not need us and we would say so. What we hear is that reports get run monthly and looked at by one person. A board on the wall is a different thing from a report in a tab.
Is our Vincere data safe?
The connector would be read-only, the same as our Loxo one. Cowl pulls; it never writes back.
On Vincere? Go first.
Design partners get an engineer in their stack and get to shape what the layer does. If you'd rather buy something that already works with Vincere, buy that. We'd rather tell you than disappoint you.
