Loxo is an ATS and recruitment CRM with sourcing and outreach built in. It is where the work happens: candidates, jobs, placements and activity all live there.
Where Cowl fits
Loxo knows what happened. It is less interested in telling the whole desk, on a screen, while it is happening. There is no office-TV leaderboard, no bell when a placement lands, and commission still ends up in a spreadsheet.

How current is the data on the screens?
Placements and activity land in minutes, and the office display updates itself without anyone refreshing anything. The hire bell fires within about a second of a placement being logged.
Do we have to change how we use Loxo?
Mostly no. But this is the honest part: leaderboards are only as good as what gets logged. Part of what we do when we come in is tighten up the data going in, because otherwise you get a very fast display of the wrong numbers.
What about our activity types? Ours are custom.
That's expected, and it's why the mapping from Loxo activity types to your KPIs is configurable rather than hard-coded. We set it up with you during onboarding.
