These terms cover getcowl.com, the marketing site. They are not the terms of the Cowl product. Those are agreed separately in writing before any engagement begins.

What's on it

We describe the product as accurately as we can and label what is live versus what we'd build during onboarding. Nothing here is a contractual commitment, a warranty, or an offer capable of acceptance. Figures shown in product screens on this site are illustrative demo data, not real client, candidate or revenue information.

Other people's names

Where we name other products it's to describe compatibility or to compare honestly. Those names belong to their owners, we're not affiliated with them, and we don't claim to be.

Our stuff

The content and design of this site are ours. Don't republish them wholesale. Quoting us with a link back is welcome.
